Some folks believe that the recent move toward “Quiet Quitting” is hindering innovation, as well as eroding the workplace culture. This might suggest that move to quiet quieting may eventually lead to a quiet dismissal. That does not mean that a need for work-life balance is not valid, but it might suggest that there is a need to consistently aim at high performance while on the job. Ontario Center of Innovation (OCA) has created this campaign to combat the trend of “Quiet Quitting”. After all more productive workforce means more productive and harmonious society.
